Devlog #1: Ramping Velocity

Welcome to Ramping Velocity!! As a 3 person group from the University of Chile, we come to you with the hope of presenting a new and innovative type of game! Our game is a 2d racing game, mixed with platformers and power ups to offer a spin on a classic concept! Race and create new records in exciting levels and challenging platforming!

The game hinges on controlling your speed and timing your jumps correctly, while also taking into consideration the power-ups available to you! High Scores and complex platforms await you!

So far we have a proof of concept, where we have an animated flying car that can maneuver a simple level we designed! In the future we wish to have more complex levels, a timer on screen that shows how fast you're completing the current level, and maybe even a way to see the ghost of your best run so you can race yourself!
